The gimmicky nature of the game’s graphic presentation and the rather cumbersome gameplay were simply no match against Street Fighter II in the struggle for my arcade tokens. However, the franchise prospered and spawned over the years a few more iterations of the game for release in home consoles and arcade systems, with cleaner graphics, streamlined gameplay and what’s more relevant for this review, improved character designs that now serve as inspiration for Jazwares to produce action figures.

<p>The Battle Corps series of the final years of the Real American Hero line gave rise to quite a few core character redesigns. Some, like Duke, Roadblock and Gung Ho were updates of the character&#8217;s established look and specialty. Others like Flint, were placed into unfamiliar roles. Beachhead fortunately remains a ranger, but gets a sort of SWAT look that seems like it could have fit in with the DEF series alongside Shockwave and Mutt.</p>
<p>Speaking of Shockwave, the legs are from the 1988 version of that character. Maybe the parts reuse subconsciously made me think of a SWAT theme. ...</p>

<p>I previously reviewed the 6&#8243; Thundercats Classic Lion-O figure, and today I&#8217;m here to continue in that fashion and review the 6&#8243; Classic Mumm-Ra.</p>
<p>Bandai&#8217;s Thundercats toy lines seem to be very hit or miss with the fans, due to several design elements the fans take issue with (and rightfully so), but the general consensus seems to be that the Classic figures are a good attempt at collector-oriented figures.</p>
<p>There have been rumors floating around recently of the new Thundercats cartoon ending and if so, it&#8217;s likely that the toy lines would end as well. I, and many fans, certainly ...</p>
